Terms

Website information is general guidance. A job is not confirmed until the specification, price, artwork, timing and payment terms have been agreed directly.

Artwork and approval

You are responsible for permission to use submitted artwork. Production proceeds from the approved specification; check spelling, layout, colour expectations and quantities carefully.

Timing and availability

Urgent, same-day and next-day possibilities are subject to stock availability, artwork approval and current production capacity. Delivery services may also be affected by factors outside ToteLane’s control.
