Vector artwork
A vector PDF keeps edges crisp when the logo changes size. Outline or embed fonts where possible, and avoid crop marks unless requested.
PNG artwork
Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background when vector artwork is not available. Do not enlarge a tiny web logo and assume it becomes print ready.
Colour and size
CMYK values are useful for print planning, although the exact production route is confirmed with the job. Tell us the intended print position and approximate size.
